Rooted in a passion for children’s well-being and experience in various yoga styles, our kids yoga programs are designed to support your child’s physical, emotional and social development from ages 2 to 17.

Our classes blend playful movement, creative storytelling, and mindful breathing, creating a safe, inclusive environment where children can explore, express, and thrive. Whether at creches, schools, or in the community, we meet each child where they are, encouraging confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of movement.
